Monthly events are the number of notifications processed by our system. Each notification sent counts as one event. Different subscription plans include different monthly event quotas based on expected usage.

Yes, API rate limits vary by subscription plan. The rate limit resets on your effective monthly billing date, even for annual subscriptions. Free users have basic limits, while paid plans offer higher limits.

API Alerts stores your workspace data and events securely to enable notification delivery and history. You maintain full control over your data and can request deletion of your account data or workspace data at any time in the mobile app or web admin.

Team member management is coming soon! This feature will allow workspace administrators to invite team members and assign them to specific channels, controlling which notifications they receive.
