Bigger quotas, clearer plans

We’re a few weeks from the 2.0 release, and before it ships we wanted to tidy up pricing. Three things changed today.
Bigger event quotas

No action needed, the bump is live. If you’ve been bumping against the old limit, you’ve got more runway.
No more user caps on paid plans
The old Startup plan capped you at 10 team members, the old Team plan at 50. Both caps are gone. Every paid plan now includes unlimited team members on your workspace at one flat price.
Your team already pays per-seat for Slack, Linear, and GitHub. We’re not adding another per-seat bill on top.
Clearer plan names
Indie, Startup, Team were aspirational and didn’t quite land. Solo, Team, Business describes the actual size of the organisation on each plan. The old “Team” tier is now Business since it’s genuinely for bigger organisations.
Why now
2.0 adds routing to Slack, SMS, email, webhooks, and more. We want everyone on the bigger quota and new plan shape before that lands. The public launch is in the coming weeks. More soon.
