Team Management is here

API Alerts now supports full team management. You can invite members to your workspace, assign them roles, and control exactly which channels they have access to.

Roles

Three roles are available on team workspaces:

• Admin — full access to workspace settings, billing, and member management
• Member — can view and interact with channels they’re assigned to
• Viewer — read-only access to assigned channels

Channel-level access

Assigning a team member to specific channels means they only receive notifications relevant to their work. Your frontend engineers don’t need to see database alerts, and your on-call engineer doesn’t need to wade through every deployment ping.
