Workspaces have arrived!

Projects have been replaced with Workspaces and Channels.

A workspace is your top-level container — it holds your channels, API keys, and (soon) team members. Channels let you segment events within a workspace, so different types of alerts go to different people. One shared API key covers the whole workspace.

What changed

  • Projects → Workspaces — all existing projects have been migrated automatically
  • Channels — each workspace can have multiple channels for segmenting events (e.g., “deployments”, “payments”, “errors”)
  • Shared API keys — one key per workspace instead of per project

Integrations

All SDKs and the GitHub Action have been updated for workspaces. The Zapier integration (public beta) has also been upgraded.

Getting started

Open the API Alerts app and you’ll see your existing projects migrated to workspaces. Create channels from there to start organising your events.
